先日、私事ではありますが、ブログ記事にて「寄付のお願い」をしました。
I asked for donations on my blog here the other day.
私（久末）の弟、Ryan Conradのために何人かの方が寄付にご協力くださいました。
I noticed some of you have done some donations for my brother, Ryan Conrad.

Here I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the help.
Ryanは、私にとっては弟であり、友であり、かけがえのない家族です。
Ryan is my brother, friend, and my precious family.
彼は今、すい臓がんと闘いながら治療を受けています。
He is now undergoing treatment to fight the pancreatic cancer.
私にできることは多くはないかもしれませんが、何ができるのかをこれからも模索していきます。
There might not be much that I can do for him, but I will keep seeking for whatever will help him.
